What does a Pinkabella Party include?
Friday, Saturday and Sunday/Up to 10 girls-$249.00 plus tax (2 more girls at $14.95 each can be accommodated)
Monday-Thursday/Up to 6 girls-$199.00 plus tax
New Specialty Parties with extras like spa crafts and stuffed animals will cost more than the basic party themes. See pricing for these parties on individual party pages under Sparkling Spa and Poodles in Paris.
Each party will include:
*90 Magical Minutes-hosted from beginning to end by two fun and pleasant Pinkabella hostesses trained in making the most out of your party and making sure the party girl is especially catered to and treated like a star.
*Makeover-including light make-up (shimmering eyeshadow, lip gloss and blush)
-Simple hair updo and/or accessories
-Mini manicure including 1-2 colors of nail polish
-Complete outfit and accessories appropriate for chosen theme for all of the guests to wear during the party
*Fun filled activities and games that coordinate with specific theme and ensure that every guest feels special and has a great time, especially the birthday girl
*Cupcake tier with Ambrosia cupcakes and Pinkabella sherbet punch provided for refreshments at end of party. We also provide all paper products.
*A special gift for the birthday girl (usually a frame or charm bracelet).
*Gift Registry for Birthday Girl. Your guests can come by or even call and have their present gift wrapped and waiting when they arrive. They will also receive 10% off their purchase.
*Keepsake party favor for each guest. These will include things like tiaras for the princess party, lip gloss for the glamour girl party, flower hair accessory for the luau party etc.
*Entire party set to background music in our beautifully decorated studio with special table decorations including linens, centerpieces for specific theme, and satin chair covers accented with shimmering tulle bows

*1/4 sheet cake from Ambrosia bakery instead of cupcakes- $25.00

*Helium balloon bouquet for gift table for bday girl to take home-$20.00

*Creation Station lotion craft for each guest (small bottle) -$49.95
*Pinkabella Pal with outfit created by each child-$19.00 per guest
*Pinkabella Pal (no outfit) created by each child-$12.00 per guest
*Party Favor bags made for each guest - $4 per guest
*Pinkabella merchandise may be purchased prior to party at a discounted rate for party favors. For instance, if you would like for each child to receive a Charm It bracelet as a favor, you could buy them for $7.50 (one bracelet and one charm) when the retail price is $10.00.
*Princess Dress worn by birthday girl may be purchased prior to party at very special price. Many people choose this option so she can leave in her dress.
*LIMO SERVICE -After arriving at the birthday girl's house or other chosen location, party guests will be treated to a luxurious limo ride around town prior to arriving for their amazing Pinkabella party. Then after the party, they will be chauffeured back to the first location in style. The price for this is approximately $350 dollars as there is a 3 hour minimum for the limo service. If you are interested in this service, please inquire as soon as possible so that we may get it booked well in advance.

*Choose one of our signature cake designs made my Ambrosia bakery.

*Party photographer will take photos of birthday girl and guests throughout the entire party, both posed and candid. These will be turned into a Pinkabella Party Slideshow set to music.
*All photos used to create a professionally printed and bound photo storybook capturing the entire party experience. This book is beautiful and will be cherished forever. Please ask to see samples!
*Beautiful handmade and personalized invitations unique to Pinkabella Parties will be included.
*Each guest (up to 10) and birthday girl will get to make a Pinkabella Pal and dress it in one of the many outfits, name it and get a birth certificate. (The retail value of this activity alone is over $150.00.)
